Welcome to FeedFiend Syndicate, located at feedfiendsyndicate.com. By accessing or using our website or purchasing products through our Etsy store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least eighteen years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Products and Orders

All products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partners. Product descriptions, colors, and designs are as accurate as possible, but slight variations may occur due to the printing process. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed through Etsy or our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your credit or debit card information. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates provided by our fulfillment partners and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Because products are custom-made, returns are limited. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@feedfiendsyndicate.com within fourteen days of delivery with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue. Refunds are issued at our discretion for valid claims.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, text, graphics, logos, and other content on our Services are the exclusive property of FeedFiend Syndicate or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without our prior written permission; modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any content; use any content for commercial purposes, including resale or redistribution of products; or remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices. Purchasing a product grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the physical product for personal use only. It does not transfer any ownership of the underlying design or content.

7. User Content

If you submit content to us, such as through our contact form, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and operating our Services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

Our Services and products are provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FeedFiend Syndicate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising out of or related to your use of our Services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FeedFiend Syndicate and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
